At Ilovekoop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Ilovekoop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting the request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
